After watching another terrific weekend of endurance running across
the globe unfold (women's 15km world record in the Netherlands, great
win for Teddington runner Mike Skinner at the opening McCain Cross
Challenge event of the winter in Gateshead etc...) it's time to
compile another proud week of running ourselves...
Tomorrow evening is an unescorted one. If you want to head down to the
track, remember that it's £3.50. I have a few different sessions up my
sleeve dependant on your preferred race and how long it is until you
are aiming to peak. They will be detailed on paper at the shop.
If you're not in the mood for such japery, enjoy the improved weather
we are promised and run safely!
