I do apologise, I must start sending these out a bit earlier, as we
don't all have these iBlackberries attached to us through the working
day!

Naturally, we'll be running tonight. Another bit of running through
the delightful darkness of Bushy Park with a few sections of increased
pace that I'll set out when you're here.
