We're promised lashings of rain tomorrow. Accordingly, I don't think
anything too ambitious is prudent; equally, going really gently may
prove unappealing. A simple steady to hard autumnal run will be the
order of the day.
Next Monday: track? I don't half fancy it myself... I've got a couple
of classic early season sessions up my sleeve. Let's hear who wants to
join me!
