For tomorrow's Thursday evening session, we're going to go for a
little longer than the last couple of weeks, emphasising the time on
our feet a bit to try to help the training volume of those that have
their eyes on running 10 miles, half marathon and beyond.

Having been on an England Athletics Running Leadership course this
week, I'm up to my eyeballs in ideas on different ways we can run
these weekly sessions, so I may well run a few ideas by any of you
that come along tomorrow...Be warned!
