Simple message here: if you can make it down to the store tonight, it
would be great to see a few of you for a nice enjoyable run. I've
found the last few months of Thursday evenings the most preposterously
relaxed and enjoyable evenings of "work", but alas tonight is the last
time I'll be able to come out as I'm running off to the new Sweatshop
in Clapham.

I do apologise for being less voluble in recent weeks; we have
generally looked to enjoy steady continuous runs and thus details of
the precise session planned have been less important. Tonight won't be
much different, another controlled steady paced run.

Whatever variety of refreshments you fancy on me!
