SwE Repeated Measures Question

Hello,
I had a, I think, brief question regarding SwE. I’ve been using it extensively now longitudinal fMRI studies and found it really helpful. I noticed the google group hasn’t had much traction lately and thought I would try email instead. We have a study with 2 functional MRI collections and a structural at the same time point, and only one time point. This is a relatively large N study (20 controls 80 older adults), but would we be able to apply SwE in the way it’s meant to be? My first thought is that we could include each individual MRI session as a different “visit” but wasn’t sure if that would affect things. We also include boot strapping and TFCE.
