save thresholded result maps

Hi,

How do you save a thresholded nii image of SwE results to use in another MRI viewer?
I have tried to save a thresholded map by loading my SwE.mat via Results in the SwE GUI and thresholded and then save > thresholded SPM in the SPM Results window, but that seems to give me a map that is thresholded very differently from what I see in SwE/SPM.

I also welcome any scripted solutions or how to use one of the many SwE outputs ( swe_vox_{zT|xF}stat-WB_c{c#}.nii?? -- a propos, it would be really wonderful to have a little guide on how to use the many SwE outputs for diagnostics!)

I had run SwE (v.2.2.2 in SPM12, build 7487) with TFCE.
