Hello,

We are running a 4x2x2 model:

1st factor - 3 levels, within subjects -    time1,time2,time3
2nd factor - 4 levels, between subjects - GrpA, GrpB ,GrpC , GrpD
3rd factor - 2 levels, between subjects -  Male, Female

For groups I made 8 groups due to the combinations of between-subject levels Male/Female and GrpA,B,C,D

I've attached the designed matrix. Does this look okay?

A few more questions:

1. Is only 1 contrast allowed if you selected the wild bootstrapping option? Can you create more than 1? If not, if I have 3 contrasts of interests, e.g. MaleGrpA_Time3 vs FemaleGrpA_time3, FemaleGrpA_time1_FemaleGrpA_time2, MaleGrpB_time1 vs FemaleGrpB_time1, does this mean I would have to run the 10,000 bootstrapping procedure 3 times? Would I have to run a separate model for each p-value threshold as well? It seems after running the bootstrapping, you can't define additional contrasts in the Results section like you can in SPM or the Parametrc Results of SwE.
2. For setting the cluster forming threshold for the wild bootstrap, is the default p < 0.001 indicating the initial voxel threshold and clusters surviving the threshold cluster correction after bootstrapping will include only voxels less than 0.001?
3. Is there a way to add contrasts for Parametric testing within SwE through batch processing instead of having to manually enter it in with Results part of SwE?

Your help would greatly be appreciated.

Thanks.

Mike
