Dear SwE experts,
I apologize for this question.
I ran WB, voxel-wise interference, to explore differences in functional activations between pre- and postoperative assessments in a group of 23 patients. I got interesting and reasonable clusters of about 15-20 voxels only with a p > .001 uncorrected threshold (but none surviving a corrected threshold). Could the methodology and/or small sample size justify this? In other words, can, somehow, these results be sufficient for an exploratory study publication?
Thank you in advance,
Elisa
