Script or batch to automate creating contrast stats

Hi there,

I was wondering if anyone knows a way (e.g., which swe_ function to call) to produce contrast estimates without using the GUI. I see swe_conman.m and swe_contrasts.m. swe_conman uses a GUI, and swe_contrasts requires that the SwE.xCon structure is already set up.
