Differences in Functional Connectivity using SwE

Hello,

I am trying to come up with the correct set up for the design.mat, design.con and design.fts files for my analysis, and I was hoping to get your input. 

My study has 44 subjects (F=22, M=22), divided into two groups (treatment, n=24, and placebo, n=20). I would like to test for the main effect of group, the main effect of sex, as well as the group by sex interaction (I am particularly wondering about the best way to set up/test for the interaction).

How would you recommend setting up the design.mat, design.con and design.fts files to run modified SwE on the data?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
