Run model error

Dear Dr Nichols,

I am carrying out a longitudinal analysis with stroke patients that were followed up at 5 time points within a roughly 6 month period. I have two groups of patients (those that developed pain and those that did not). I am interested in looking at structural changes over time. However, some follow-up scans are missing so not everyone has the same number of scans.

I chose SwE type modified:

Groups: 111110000 ect

Visits : 1412315 ect

subjects: 1122233 ect  (as in the subj_vis_gr.txt file)

and added the matrix_swe.mat file under multiple covariates

I get the design matrix attached above. However, when I try to run the model I get the following error:

The logical indices in position 1 contain a true value outside of the array bounds.

I am not sure exactly why this error is occurring, is it because within the two groups the number of visits are not the same?
