Dear Prs.
I am a PhD student in Paris, working on functional MRI data.
I am now analyzing old data from someone else, in which each participant
was scanned with a visual localizer, divided into 8 runs. So each
participant has 8 sessions, so I am trying to use the SwE toolbox. I am
not totally sure about who to contact, but I found only a link to
contact you on the toolbox website.
I have an issue with the field "multiple covariates".
Actually for each run, I have a .mat file with the fields name, onsets,
durations, and a .txt file with realignment parameters (rp*.txt).
I have 2 questions:
1/ Should I horizontally concatenate those 2 files, as recommended on
the website?
2/ Should I vertically concatenate the 8 .mat / .txt files (as I have 8
sessions in my experiment).
Thanks for your time and consideration,
Sincerely,
Fabien Hauw
