Wells Fargo Auditorium reservation

Hi,

  the auditorium was entirely booked for the last week of March 

so I made two tentative reservations for Tuesday May 1, 5:30 - 10:00 pm

and Thursday May 3, same time. Please let me know if any of these

two days is OK. They will provide an A/V technician as well. Chair 

of the Math Department officially endorsed this meeting, we can 

mention that any time. I am pretty sure that if we ask, both Deans 

of Science and Engineering would officially endorse the meeting as well.
