Invites and Formal Letter

Hi guys,

I don't know how close we are to having the invites and formal letter invite done, but we should get together sometime this week to finalize them and send them off to print. Let's get this ball rolling! :)

Does anyone want to go to the education dept with me?

Cindy and Lisa are on the district staff for WC, and have a few names they would like to suggest for the list.

Keira will be back Wed. I'd like to get final input on the NPO before I file the paperwork. Mostly just whether everyone agrees about the name and if they can meet once a month and attend funding hearings.

Agreed! Yeah, they are pretty much done, we just need to edit and
print them. Our goal was to have them all out by May 3rd, one month
before the event.
I wanted to post the attachment so you guys could see but I have no
idea how to do that :/

PS I have a list of different places in Reno that do custom embroidery
so we can get our shirts ordered! I plan on calling them today.
