Post your Meeting name Ideas

We need to figure out what to call this thing.
A meeting? A conference? A presentation? ...An info session?

We want it short and simple with "SWE" and "Outreach" in there
somewhere.

For example:

SWE Outreach for Education Meeting ...?

I would suggest something like "SWE Outreach Evening",

because it sounds more casual than an "Education Meeting".

Under the title can be a short description explaining more in 

detail what the meeting will be about. 

This will be in the people's free time after work, so we should 

appreciate that. The atmosphere should be such that the people 

feel comfortable. They should get something to drink when they 

arrive and there should be food afterwards to make them stay 

and talk after what they have seen. Giving them T-Shirts would 

be a great idea. I can donate the lighted pens for everyone if you 

are fine with that.

Last - we might need to do something about parking permits for 

the guests.

Please take these just as friendly suggestions and decide whatever 

you like, this is definitely your show.
