Cyclo-Cross Nationals

Hello Everyone,

 

I have a few updates regarding cyclo-cross nationals.

 

a.       Make sure your team is renewed and riders have purchased 2016 licenses. If your team is not renewed for 2016 your riders will be unable to purchase the 2016 licenses, which are required for cyclo-cross nationals. You can renew online, or submit a paper application. You will also need to submit a club eligibility form and complete the renewal survey.

 

b.      In order to participate at CX nationals you must have been a full time student fall of 2015, and submit an eligibility form from your school stating such.

 

c.       Similar to the TTT at road nationals, we will be allowing category B riders to participate in the Team Relay as a way to fill out teams if necessary.

 

d.      Please keep in mind that our office is closed between December 23^rd and New Year’s. As such you should plan on submitting any necessary paperwork no later than 9am MT December 21^st if you plan on competing at cx nationals. I also encourage you to register prior to this date in case there are any issues. We will be charging on site fees to anyone who misses the registration deadline.

I will be out of the office on vacation December 22^nd and USA Cycling will then be closed from December 23^rd through January 3^rd. Following this I will be at cyclocross nationals January 4^th  – 12^th. Keep this in mind when sending anything time sensitive as I will have limited access to email.
