Hello,

While it may be hard to believe for some of the northern conferences – the collegiate road season is fast approaching.

In order to make the first race weekend with your collegiate team as smooth as possible, please make sure you have taken care of the following.

1.       Renew your club. If you don’t do this none of your members can renew their individual licenses. In addition full processing can take a few days so do this early. You can renew online through your account (if you aren’t listed as a contact for your club email us to be added) or you can renew by submitting a paper application. Either way you will need to submit an eligibility form.

2.       Remind your team to renew their collegiate licenses, a domestic only license will not work at collegiate events. This should also get done early, especially if riders with to upgrade prior to the beginning of the season.

3.       Submit any necessary upgrade requests. These can take up to a week to process so plan ahead.
