Hi all,

Missoula is seeing some great weather for their current fire conditions. They are forecast to receive rain through the rest of the week and possibly snow next week. While I’m not excited to hear about snow, it is great news for the area. We will continue to watch the weather and update you as we get closer to the event.

Thanks,

Tara

Subject: Please send out- Collegiate Mountain Bike Nationals and the Wildfires

Good afternoon all,

If you are planning on attending collegiate mountain bike nationals in Missoula and have been watching the news, you’ll know there are several wildfires affecting the state including the city of Missoula. We are watching the situation and hopeful by the time nationals comes up our venue will not be in danger. We are aware of the air quality issues and are working with our local organizing committee to stay on top of the situation. Our top concerns are participants and all the people who will be involved with the event.

We will be in touch and will continue to update you as we learn more.

Thanks,

Tara
