Hello Lisa & Mariel: How are you! Yes definetely we had a misunderstood I taught you were going to email me but its ok we still have some time!. Tomorrow I won't be at school because I don't have a class but like you said I meet you on Wednesday at the same time. Today in the ICC meeting went over a couple of important things:

1. Allocations Package should be turn by Friday, so they will get approve by next Monday. I really ask where do we have to turn in it . But I hope you know and will give me the place to turn it in.
2. Other clubs were chartered today, and the table for discussions and activities its more each meeting.
3. In the Discussion Items: Please give Advisor until the end of the day before sending your club updates.
4. Information such as the time, the meeting location and what is the organization about needs to be send to James Bonds.
5. I want to ask you if we have the name for the cubicle?
6. I also would like to know where is the mailboxes for each club.
7. One more thing for every activity that needs to be approve, it needs to be turn within 2 weeks in advance.
8. Check if the sound system for the computers in the cubicle works.

That is all pretty much they went over.!!! Just let's complete everything and I believe will be good.

hey erika, thanks for letting me know all this.
the allocation has to be turned in the information window inside de ASO where you take your picture ID. 
the cubicle they have our name they will put it on eventually.
the mailbox of the club is inside the cubicles just walk around and where you see a copy machine right in there.
they asigned clubs a number and the mailboxes have numbers so just look for a list attached on the wall.
i have a question, have you sign us for the club fair?

Hi Erika, Mariel, and Club   I wanted to let everyone know that the allocation packet has been turned in. I turned in the papers to the aso activities office yesterday morning so that has been taken care of, hopefully they will approve all of our activities this following Monday.   Also, Erika I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate the email that you sent out about what happened at the meeting! Thank you so much!   If any one wants to go by the cubicle it is #2. I have been dealing with quite a bit this week and haven't gotten the opportunity to go by and spruce it up yet.... but it is ours! Yeah!!!    Everyone in the club --- Feel free to stop on by and use the cubicle because it is yours too! Just remember if you use the computer you need to make sure that it is turned off when you leave. Other than that good job everyone and I will see you on Friday.
