Release Highlights

• added 'zst' extension (Zstandard-File) support for commands dump and load in the SWC-DB(client)> shell . Dump performance improvement by 3x (by test. without is 250K cells with is ~700K cells a second) and storage depends on the level (by test, level=13 stands at ration of ~70)
