[URGENT] Request: Follow-Up on Conference Registration Certificate

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to follow up on my request for a registration certificate for the '2024 IEEE Smart World Congress(The 2024 IEEE International Conferences on Metaverse)', which we attended. I initially requested the certificate at the on-site registration desk and was informed that it would be sent via email. However, I have not yet received it.
