Request to Adjust Presentation format

Dear UIC2024 Conference Organizing Committee,

 

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing regarding the presentation format for our paper（Paper ID: 1571059620， Paper Title: A Lightweight Real-Time Gait Event Detection Method Using Wearable Inertial Sensors） at UIC2024. While we originally selected the Virtual presentation option, we noticed in the latest conference Program Booklet that our presentation has been scheduled as an in-person session at Room 1 (Frangipani) on December 05, 2024.

Unfortunately, none of our paper's authors will be attending the conference onsite in Fiji. As such, we kindly request that our presentation be adjusted to a virtual format to align with our original selection.

If possible, we would greatly appreciate it if you could notify us of the updated session details after the adjustment.  We appreciate your assistance, look forward to participating in the conference virtually.
