Follow-Up on Duplicate Payment for IEEE UIC 2024 – Refund Request

Dear IEEE UIC 2024 Organizing Committee,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to kindly follow up on a duplicate registration payment I made for IEEE UIC 2024. Due to an oversight, I accidentally paid the student registration fee twice — once on October 23rd, 2023, and again on October 26th, 2023.

I initially contacted the committee regarding this issue, but I have not yet received a response or refund. As it has now been almost a year, I would be very grateful if you could help check the current status of the refund process, or let me know the next steps I should take.
