Urgent Request for Invoice for PCDS Conference Paper Registration

I hope this email finds you well.

I am Fei Tang, an author who has attended the 2024 PCDS conference. My paper ID is 1571065255. I urgently need an invoice for my paper registration fee, which was paid via PayPal through the conference websitehttps://nps-ss.com.au/swc-packages/.

I was informed that Ms. Yun Hong, the person responsible for issuing invoices for Chinese authors, is unable to process my invoice due to the payment method. I have also contacted the conference team multiple times over the past two to three months, but the issue has still not been resolved. This delay is causing significant difficulties, as my university requires the invoice as soon as possibe.

I urgently request your immediate assistance in issuing this invoice as soon as possible. Please treat this matter as a priority.
