Hi everyone,

I have water quality data from some sampling sites for biological and chemical oxygen demand and N and P. And wanted to compare them with my simulation results, however in SWAT the P, N and CBOD are all in kg and my samples are in mg/L. So how to turn the kg to mg/L?

Is this the correct equation to convert kg to mg/L?

Concentration (mg/L) = (kg/day) / (11.6*Q), where Q is flow in the reach.

Thank you all,

Majid.
