watershed delineation

Hellow every one how you!
I have a watershed consisting a Lake (Tana) in the middle (fig2) and the outlet is beneath the Lake.
I used SWAT-2012, DEM of 90m, aiming to model hydrology of watershed and water balance of Lake Tana.
I want to consider the Lake as reservoir, all outlets of subbasins created during delineation as inlets/outlets
to the reservoir while outlet of the whole watershed set beneath Lake Tana

Rather, the delineation creates subbasins in the middle of the lake.
Fig 1 shows delineation
Fig 2 show an overlay of Lake Tana shape on delineation of the watwrshed.

ArcSWAT allows you to manually remove the outlets within the reservoir (lake), and to add outlets where tributary streams enter the lake.
