Exception HRESULT:0x800A01C9 at 34

Dear all, 

I'm currently using SWAT 2009 and I'm having some problems in the HRU analysis 
and in the write of tables. 

The first error that I have appears when I'm doing the landuse/soils/slope 
definition. After inserting and reclassifying all the data, when I overlay, 
I get a message of error saying: "Exception of HRESULT: 0x800A01C9 at 34" and the overlay is not complete.

I can't find the way to solve the problem. I guess is something related with the look up table or with the landuse or soils shapes.

I had this problem, and it got solved, re-installing ArcSWAT "As Administrator" (on Windows 7)
