Number of query values and destination fields are not the same

Hello SWAT-user,

Struggling with writing the SWAT input tables. 

After creating HRUs, I have been trying to write the SWAT input tables. However, for the soil data, I got the issue showing "Number of query values and destination fields are not the same.: IN.mWriteInputFiles.sol" I have tried to fix it for a long time, but I can't do it. I am using the SSURGO soil data for the entire US.

I tried importing the SSURGO soil data into the SWAT2012.mdb but it still didn't work.

I have attached the error.

Need assistance on how to fix that issue.
