Hello SWAT-user,
I have a predefined watershed with a unique PolygonID and would like to create the same PolygonID in my stream reach shapefile so that it matches that of my predefined watershed as I want to use the predefined watershed option in the SWAT model.
Anyone here who can assist me?

If you are using QSWAT then the QSWAT manual (Appendix III) explains the
fields you need in your stream shapefile to align it with the watershed
shapefile.

In SWAT the WSNO field in the stream shapefile needs to match the
PolygonId field in the watershed file.
You need to look up how to edit shapefiles in QGIS.
