Extremely high peaks for simulated flow

Hi,

I am experiencing an issue with my model (QSWAT+). I get three extremely 3 high peaks, which are 10x my flow on rainseason and low baseflow during dry periods. I tried to fix my pcp file and run the model a few times, but basin_wb_mon still shows the extreme rainfall. I am actually stuck because I want to resolve this issue before doing manual calibration.

Please advise; I will appreciate the help. I have attached the file for reference.

The catchment is mountainous (1340 m.a.s.l.), with no agricultural activities, a perennial river and is baseflow-dependent.
