ArcSWAT un installation

I wanted to upgrade my ArcSWAT to 10.2 from 10 version. So i un installed the ArcGis 10 and installed 10.2. Now when i tried to remove ArcSWAT 10, it is showing a error that, Error 1001. Unable to get installer types SWAT_HRUs.dll assembly---> unable to load one or more of the requested types. Retrieve the loader exceptions property for more information. 

I cant proceed. Some body please help in this.

Hi,

I had the same issue.
The thing is: You need to un install ArcSwat BEFORE upgrading ArcGIS and re install it after.
If you don't you're no longer allowed to uninstall ArcSWAT (some dll are missing).
You can use Microsoft FixIt to remove it completely : I think it's there https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/mats/program_install_and_uninstall
That's what I did and now it worked for me.
