SWAT Failing Septic Issue

Hello,

I am trying to model septic tanks on the ArcGIS Pro plug-in for SWAT. I have set the ISEP_OPT parameter to 2 to represent failing and set the ISEP_TFAIL to 700 days, so the tanks would not be repaired before the 1 year simulation was concluded. I also played around with some of the other parameters to ensure the septic tanks fail (refer to the attached file). Unfortunately, whenever I run the model the septic.out shows that none of the septic tanks for my HRUs have failed and my HRU shows values of 0 for bacteria. Does any have any advice on how to deal with this issue? Thank you for your time.
