name of the Tmp1.Tmp file

Hi there,

I have a question about why the name of this file 'Tmp1.Tmp' is not 'tmp1.tmp' and consisient with other climate file names e.g. pcp1.pcp, wnd.wnd, slr.slr. 

I would like to change tmp1.tmp to Tmp1.Tmp in the code. Could someone point me to the fortran file I could look into.
