Computation time to create HRUs

Hi

I am trying to create HRUs in QSWAT. It has accepted my soil data and land use maps without any issues. I then clicked Read, but it has been over 12 hours. What is the expected time to read rasters? My DEM is 5m resolution and has 6 landuseclasses and 12 usersoil classes. The catchment is not so big, 512 km2.

In addition i using 16 RAM and 64 bit, i7
