PROBLEM with point source cannot recognize by swat

Hello everyone, I have a concern with my point source discharge data. I can't seem to determine if SWAT accepted my inputed constant flow data of my point source. Also, when I look at .dat file, It says subbasin 11 instead of subbasin 9.
Please help, thank you!

I met a problem when inputing monthly data of point source to SWAT. Do you know how to write *.txt or *dbf file for a point source with monthly data?
