Dear All SWAT Users
I am using SWAT model for area in which I have 33 sub-basins and after putting my weather data including Precipitation, temperature, solar radiation, wind speed and relative humidity, using Penmonth method but my ET is very high as compare to my precipitation, like for instance if my precipitation is 1179.4 and my ET is 791.4 which is quite high due to which my flow to river is 325.94 which is quite low due to all these problems my simulated flow is quite low than my observed flow. I also used the Hargreassive method but still problem is there. Could you any one guide me where the problem is as I am struggling with this issue please help me out. I shall be grateful to you.

I did change all land use to check the land use sensitivity but no change

What type of flow is your model under-estimating?  If stormflow, then increase CNs.  If baseflow, then decrease CNs and reduce AWC.  To reduce ET and increase water yield (flow), you need to minimize soil moisture by either reducing infiltration (higher CNs and stormflow) or passing the water more quickly through the soil layer (lower AWC).  I'd also maximize ESCO also and reduce REVAP.  Finally you could modify the plant cover parameters (like reducing LAI, CANMAX? etc.), but I know less about those manipulations.
