Calibration without observed discharge value

Good evening, dear SWAT users. Is there any means by which someone can carry out calibration or validation without discharge data? This is because, my study area did not have observed discharge data. Please, what can serve as an alternative?  Thank you for your suggestions and guidance on the way forward.

You can do a soft calibration, but you will need a Base Flow and Water Yield Ratio of the Basin you are trying to model

You can do same basin characteristics and you can calibrate the model.
