Watershed not covering the whole DEM (which fits the outline of the watershed)

Hi everyone,

I’m having an issue where the streams I created using an NIH Burn-In shapefile and a working DEM don’t cover the full DEM right after I click “Create Watershed.” This causes the sub-basins to only partially cover the DEM.

Before clicking “Create Watershed,” everything looks fine — the streams shows full coverage over the DEM. The DEM itself is a clipped version of my watershed, which I did using a shp of the watershed intentionally to help create the watershed within the same boundary.

Does anyone know why this might be happening? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
