Dear Users

how to calculate water balance on the subbasin and hru? what is the formula?

In the the SWAT Theoretical document, the water balance formula as the attachment. But I can not find the initial soil water content and the final soil water content in the sub.output, and what is the Wseep and Qgw? these two parameters conrrespond to which one in the sub.output and hru.output。

I am facing the same problem.

There is no formula to calculate SW in Neitsch et al. (2005).

I wonder if SW (mm) = SOL_AWC (mm H2O/mm soil) * SOL_DEPTH (mm)
