SWAT calibration using PET

Dear users,

I am working in ungauged agricultural watershed. My objective is to estimate the water availability and water stress that affects crop growth. I have monthly observed PET data for my study area. Whether it is possible to use those PET data for SWAT CUP calibration.

Looking for suggestions...

I think it makes no sense due to PET calculation method in SWAT
