hi there,

hope someone can help me here.
I found in Chapter 32 - SWAT Output Files that USLE is the synonym for soil loss during the time step!

But when I look it up in the output.std I only find USLE_LS! Is that the same????

Thx a lot...

its me again,

o.k USLE_LS is the equation length slope (LS) factor!
But where do I find USLE or is USLE = SEDth in hru_output_file?

any suggestions?

If you want to find out how much sediment is lost from an HRU, use SYLD in the output.hru file. From subbasin (output.sub), use SYLD as well. I usually use the main channel output file (output.rch) and the column sed_out to examine outputs from SWAT. Check out the input-output documentation of swat: http://swat.tamu.edu/media/69395/ch32_output.pdf
Good luck!
Alex
