SWAT hpc

Hi there, 

I'm able to compile SWAT codes on windows using gcc. I'm trying to compile the same codes on hpc. It compiles well on hpc using gcc as well. 

I'm able to run SWAT properly on hpc after changing the name of Tmp1.Tmp to tmp1.tmp. 

Now, when I am looking at windows vs hpc results, they are very different. I think the issue is with this file 'Tmp1.Tmp'. 

I don't know which file writes 'Tmp1.Tmp' file. 

Any help would be appreciated.
