Negative LATQ after adding PONDS

Dear all,
I have found something strange. After adding ponds to the .pnd files, my lateral flow (LATQCNT) decreased. When I looked at the SWAT balance and my output.hru file, I saw that this was because there were NEGATIVE VALUES in LATQCNT.
Does anyone know why this happened and how to fix it?
