Groundwater revap water balance

Hi,

Is it possible for evaporation from shallow aquifer to be greater that percolated water into the shallow aquifer? My thinking was, percolated water is distributed to evaporation (groundwater revap), baseflow, and to deep aquifer, so its always bigger compared to these three components (revap, baseflow, and deep aquifer percolation). Please see attached screen shot of swat water balance output, and advice of its validity.
