Issue with swatcup calibration

Hello SWAT users.

i have run the arcswat model and got my simulated discharge values. but these values are much lower than the observed values. Moreover, when trying to run SWAT CUP for calibration, i am facing a persistent issue that is the PPU graph is not showing the simulated value lines nor does the R Sqaure and NSE values are showing up. i have tried fixing the parameter according to my watershed by reading several articles that have already worked upon that watershed. i am attaching screenshots of graph and parameters taken for your reference. kindly help me and guide how can i move further with this process.
