Hello Fellows,
I am using ArcSWAT 2012 10.0.14 version in my PC (with Windows 7 Professional, 32-bit OS). I have run SWAT model many times and was doing calibration. But suddenly my SWAT model is changed automatically. I mean to say the ArcSWAT is accepting the landuse and soiltype in commas(which is german style of the data). For example, AGRL : Area Per (51,06), AGRL (38,01)..and so on. Because of this change in the model I am getting the error messages from SWAT. I can't run my model again. I have tried to change the region location and time changes and all the possible setting to the PC but it didn't help me at all.

Do I need to unistall the whole SWAT Model and install it again?
I am scare to do that because I have read many mails about the re installation problems (For ex : can't install ArcSWAT due to previous arcswat files...or somethings. (I AM NOT IN A POSITION TO TAKE ANY MORE RISK AT THIS TIME)

So I have changed my PC and was trying to run the ArcSWAT 2009 (same computer type) but after attempting 15 to 20 times I am getting the different error which I am attaching in the mail. I believe the error is because of the Soil database which I copied from my PC to work in the another.

My research area is in Germany and I have lots of wetland or ponds available in my study area which are creating lots of trouble to calibrate the model.

Please tell me the procedure to get the running model back. I need it urgently as I have to finish the calibration for my study area.
Deadlines are very close any help will be very much appreciated.

Try to run SWAT from the command line to test that all of the files in the txtinout folder are OK.  Copy swat2012.exe (the version you're using) to the txtinout folder.  Then open a command window, navigate (change directory) to that txtinout folder, and run SWAT simply by entering "swat2012" (I think).  If that works then you know your problem is somehow in the way either ArcMap or ArcSWAT reads the tables in the database files.  In that case I don't know whether there are settings within ArcGIS to change, or whether it is a computer setting.
If the model runs from the command line, you could then use SWAT-edit to run it, which I've never done, but it might be an option.
