Hello,

I'm trying to uninstall my current ArcSWAT in order to re-install  ArcSWAT 2012.10.15 (compatible with ArcGIS 10.2).  However, when I try to un-install through the control panel, the error message below prevents the uninstall. I've seen other threads about this error, but haven't found a solution.  Does anyone have  insight?

Error 1001.  Unable to get installer types in the C:\Program Files (x86)\SWAT\ArcSWAT\SWAT_HRUs.dll assesmbly --> Unable to load one or more of the requested types.  Retrieve the LoaderExceptions property for more information.

Thanks,

Amber

Dear Amber,

I think you can try MS Fix it.

Hope you succeed!

Liem,

Thanks for the tip -- it worked beautifully.

If others have this problem, use the website link below, select "Install or upgrade software or hardware", and then filter solutions with the term "Uninstall".  Choose the solution called "Fix problems than programs cannot be installed or uninstalled".  The program will run, ask you a serious of questions and correct the errors to complete the un-install.  There's a screenshot attached if you prefer the visual.

Amber
