Please can someone tell me where I can find the SWAT 2009 user's
manual? The ArcSWAT user's manual makes reference to it, but I can't
find a copy to download...

The SWAT 2009 user's manual has not been released yet. You can check
back periodically at http://swatmodel.tamu.edu/documentation. I am
sure the folks at Texas will also post an update on this user group
site announcing the release on the input/output and the theoretical
documentation.
