Thank you so much.

Basically, this is what I did and I have been able to work up to HRUs; I will update the group in case of anything. 

a.  Unzip TauDEM5x86Bin.zip it into C:\SWAT\SWATEditor 

b. Deleted existing TauDEM5Bin

c. Rename TauDEM5x86Bin to TauDEM5Bin

d.   Rename the existing  TauDEM539Bin directory to TauDEM5x64Bin.

e. Try again.
